Shipping
All products are shipped FOB Morris, NY. We ship via Fedex, UPS and common carrier.
Warranty
All our label applicators are warranted for a period of one year after date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product without charge to the buyer. If it is necessary to perform repairs at our facility, product must be shipped to our facility at buyers expense and with prior authorization. Return shipping will be paid by New Path Label Applicators if within the USA. This warranty is void for damage caused by abuse or improper use of the machine.
Claims
All claims for damage or incorrect items must be made within seven days of receipt of shipment.
Returns
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Product must be returned in original packaging and in new and saleable condition. Contact us for instructions before returning product. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be deducted from your credit for all returns unless the product is found to be defective. Electronic parts are not returnable.
Privacy
The only information we will collect from you is the information we need to process and ship your order. We do not share or sell this information with anyone. We reserve the right to contact you about your order or any other matter which would affect our servicing of your account.
